Apple/iOS: The game doesn't load, freezes, or runs slowly

If you're having a technical problem with our game on an iPhone, iPad, or iPod Touch, here are some solutions that have helped other players: 

-Restart your device by turning it off and on, then try playing again.

-Reset your device by holding the Power and Home buttons until the Apple logo appears.

-As a last resort, uninstall the app and reinstall it from the store. To do this, tap and hold the app icon until an X appears on your app icons, then tap the X on Release the Ninja. Once the app has been uninstalled, go back to iTunes and reinstall the latest version!
