How to play
Cubis is a match 3 game about sliding cubes to match colors. Match 3 cubes of a kind by sliding them across the board to clear them. Match all cubes in your objective to win the level.
Playing is quite easy. Use your mouse to select where you'd like to launch the cube. You see the game board in an isometric top-down view. You can move your mouse between these two lines on the board to choose your angle.
Once you've chosen an angle, the cube will be launched forward, in the direction of the line as shown here:
Cubes can push one another if they're not blocked by other cubes. Launch a single cube against another to push them. As long as it's not blocked, it can be pushed even if it has other cubes stacked on top.
Cubes can be matched in any direction, as long as there's more than 3 cubes touching directly.
Each level will have a different objective you must complete in the allowed time. The objective will be shown on screen as soon as the level begins.
On the top left, you'll find all of Cubis 2's details. You can select the Menu on the top left. Next to the level marker, you'll see all of the Next Blocks you'll have available after your play.
The Timer and the Goal represent how much time you have to complete the amount of matches specified in the goal. And you can see your current Score below, as well as the Multiplier, which represents how much your final score will be multiplied by. Create more matches to increase this multiplier. You can reach a much higher score.
At the end of each level, you'll see the final scoring screen, which shows your full statistics.
Types of Cubes
Here's a full explanation of the types of different cubes you'll encounter through the game.
Normal Cubes are the most common type. You'll find plenty of these as you play. You can slide them if they're not blocked, and you can stack up to 3 of them.
Wedges will slide under regular cubes when launched. These will stack up the previous cube and form a cube of their own under it.
Star Cubes will increase your score multiplier when matched. Same as regular cubes, match them with two or more of the same color.
Broken Cubes are more fragile than regular ones, and Normal Cubes can slide through them.
Dual Cubes are like two cubes in one single space. You have to match them with cubes of two different types to make them disappear.
As well as different types of Cubes, there are also Specials. These are things that change up the flow of the game and have completely different effects to regular cubes.
This is an Osmosis Cube. It will act as a normal cube, but it will slide under the previous one and turn it into its own color. Use it to change any specific cube into a different color.
Lasers can destroy any single cube in your way. Use them on hard-to-get-through cubes.
Bombs can destroy a 3 by 3 grid space of cubes. However, they will only work in the bottom layer of the board.
Blockers are a heavy obstacle that must be destroyed by a Laser or raised by a Wedge to be removed from your path.
Use all of the different Cube types to your advantage to get through all the different levels.

Levels you've reached will have an open shell, and you can select them anytime you'd like. Levels you've yet to reach are shown with a closed shell, and you can only play them after having cleared all earlier levels.
Tips
These tips will help you solve some of the puzzles.
Queue. Don't forget that the game shows all of your next cubes in the queue. Plan ahead according to what you'll receive in the game.
Hidden Cubes. You won't always be able to see all of the cubes in the level. Make sure to play with what you see, and remove all cubes in sight.
Sliding. All singular cubes slide when faced by regular cubes. Use this to your advantage if you need to move any blocking cubes out of the way.
Scoring
Cubis 2's scoring system is incompatible with our leaderboards. This game is meant to be a short progression-based puzzle game, with scores limited to each level, which makes them impossible to post on a main leaderboard, as the scores are per-level. The game is meant for simple fun progression.
