How to play


Wordlink is a fun word-finding game. You are given objectives in each level regarding specific words you must find among the offered letters below.



You need to tap, or drag your mouse across the word when you find it on the board.


When you complete all objectives, you'll finish the level.


If you feel like you can't find the words in the assigned order, you can use the rotate function.



This rotates the tiles and allows you to have a different view.


The objectives regarding the words you have to find will be defined at the intro of each level. You can consult them on top of the screen whenever you like by clicking them.


You can exit the stage through the exit button, or consult the game's guide through the help button.



You can also consult all of the words you've found on the stage through the Word Guide, while your number of coins will be displayed on top.



When finishing a level, you'll have a combination of points which will unlock the next chapter.



Each word provides you with a specific score. You'll be able to see how much you score per each word, according to the score each letter has. Your score will be reflected on the bar above. Score higher points to fill up the drops bar.



As you fill up the drops bar, you can collect rewards when it fills completely.





This is how the main menu of the game is structured:



  1. Settings allows you to mute the game's volume and select the language. Click on Support if you need to access our support portal.

  2. Coin counter tells you how many coins you have at the moment.
  3. Drops Bar is where you can see how many drops you've collected. Fill the bar to collect rewards, such as coins and boosts.
  4. Prize Wheel. You can spin the wheel here and get prizes. Once you run out of spins, you can watch ads for more prizes.
  5. Main Game. You can play the main game here, click on the icon to access the next level.
  6. Daily Puzzle. You can play a brand new puzzle every day here. The current day's puzzle is free. Previous days' puzzles can be unlocked by watching ads.



Boosts


Among rewards, you may collect boosts for your game:



Reveal Word Count reveals how many words you can start with a random letter on the board. The letter will have a green number associated with it.




Reveal Random Word reveals a random word on the board.



Use these boosts to your advantage while you play.



Tips


Here are some tips on how to get better at Wordlink:

Scan in all directions: Words can go forward, backward, diagonal, and vertically on every letter connection—so check all directions! 


Find plurals and tenses: If you see cat, try cats. If you see run, try runs or running.


Start from a different corner: Shift your view or change your scanning pattern. That's what the rotate function is for!


Use boosts wisely: Don't forget to use all the advantages you have at the game.



Scoring


Wordlink isn't a game meant for high scores on the leaderboard, but for normal level progression and for this reason, it doesn't use our regular leaderboards.
