How to play
Tropical Match 2 is a match-3 game where you switch tropical tiles to match the right ones. Make 3 or more matches of the same tile to wipe them away. You can do this by clicking them with your mouse, or dragging and dropping them.
At the beginning of each match, you are able to see your immediate objectives in the "Task" bar. This task represents the tiles you must clear in the beginning of each level. You can also activate boosters and see the current event of the game. This will be explained later in this guide.
When matching 4 or more tiles, you're able to create a special Line Blast or Cross Blast.
Line Blasts, horizontal or vertical, will take out an entire line when matched. Cross Blasts will take out both vertical and horizontal lines they're in.
You can also match them togerher to increase the power!
When matching 5 items, you will make a Color Bomb.
Color Bombs have a devastating effect in the game's tiles. They will erase every tile of the same kind as they're matched.
They can also be combined with Line or Cross Blasts, as well as other Color Bombs.
At times, obstacles such as Gravel spaces will appear.
To clear gravel, simply match tiles inside the gravel spaces.
There are other obstacles, such as Ice Spaces, which will not allow you to shift positions of tiles.
To get rid of these, make matches near the spaces.

When playing a level, you can see your performance with the star bar, as well as your objective and the points you've obtained so far. You must fulfill your objective with the currently available moves. Once you run out of moves, it's game over.
At the bottom, you'll see the available boosts you can use in the level. They will all be locked when you start the game, but slowly you will unlock them.
Here are all the available boosts:
Swap allows you to swap two tiles when you want.
Hammer will remove a tile from the board.
Horizontal Rocket will remove a horizontal line from the board.
Vertical Rocket will remove a horizontal line from the board.
If you run out of boosts, you can collect more with coins or through gifts and the wheel.
There are also Boosters. These differ from boosts as they can only be accessed at the start of a level.
The first booster will give you 5 extra moves.
The second booster will give you Line Blasts in the level.
The third booster will give you Color Bombs in the level.
Winning a stage will give you stars, points and coins. These are used to access further levels.
Here is how the game's main menu works:
- Levels are displayed here. Each level can be played when the previous one has been completed. You can also see the star ranking of each completed level.
- Lives can be seen here. The number of lives you have are the number of tries you can challenge a level. When you run out of lives, you need to wait some time before they're recharged.
- Stars are located here. This is the total number of stars you've collected from the completed levels.
- Coins can be seen here. Coins will buy you boosts and other things such as giving you second tries to complete levels.
- Settings can be accessed here. You can mute sound and music.
- A Gift from Coco can be received every once in a while. Don't miss it!
- The Prize Wheel is accessed here. You can spin it for free or by watching ads.
- The Daily Challenge will give you a different challenge each day with different things to do. It functions as a regular level with additional difficulty.
- Events can be checked in this menu. You can check on your daily missions and claimable gifts.
You can also receive treasure in the map after reaching it. Click on it to access the coins, boosts and boosters inside.

Tropical Match 2's scoring system is incompatible with our leaderboards. This game is meant to be a short progression-based puzzle game, with scores limited to each level, which makes them impossible to post on a main leaderboard, as the scores are per-level. The game is meant for simple fun progression.
