For refund requests related to subscriptions made on Arkadium.com:
We understand that the need for a refund may arise, and those requests will be handled on a case-by-case basis within one business day of receipt.
Please contact support and include the email address associated with your Arkadium profile. A member of our team will respond to your request within one business day. Please do not send any passwords, credit card numbers, or other sensitive information through email.
NOTE: any promo codes applied to your subscription are valid only through the liftime of your subscription. Cancelling and re-subscribing will not re-activate any promo codes previously associated with your subscription
- Through an Arkadium game app
For refund requests for subscriptions started through an Arkadium game app:
Please select which app store was used to make the purchase:
App Store:
All purchases made through the App Store must be refunded through the App Store. Refunds for purchases made on the App Store are managed by Apple.
If your refund is approved, the funds will be applied to the same payment method you used to subscribe.
To request a refund, you can use any device with a web browser:
- Go to reportaproblem.apple.com.
- Sign in with your Apple ID
- Tap or click “I’d like to.”
- Select “Request a refund”
Follow the steps to initiate your refund request with Apple.
NOTE: if the charge is still pending - meaning it has not settled with your credit card or other financial institution yet - you won't see the option to request a refund. After the charge settles, you can try to request a refund again
Depending on your payment method, if your refund is approved by the App Store, it may take 1-4 business days for your refund to be processed. Depending on the card issuer, it can take up to 10 business days.

Google Play:
All purchases made through Google Play must be refunded through Google Play. Depending on the nature of your request, you may receive a response immediately or within 4 business days.
To initiate a refund request for a purchase made through Google Play, you can use any device with a web browser:
- Go to play.google.com/store/account
- Sign in with the email and password associated with your Google Account
- Click Order History
- Locate the order you want refunded
- Select Request a Refund
Follow the prompts to complete your request. You’ll receive an email with the results of your refund request from Google within 4 business days. Depending on your payment method, if your refund is approved, it may take 1-4 business days for your refund to be processed. Depending on the card issuer, it can take up to 10 business days.
