To contact us through the arkadium website, do the following:
1. Open Arkadium.com.
2. Click Support at the top right corner.
3. Type in subject, your question, name, email and click Send.

Mobile games
To contact us through the mobile app, do the following:
1. Open the installed Arkadium's mobile game.
2. Tap the Game menu (thee horizontal lines) at the top left corner.
3. Choose the More tab.
4. Tap Support.
5. Tap the New support ticket button or Chat of WhatsApp button under the search bar of the opened page.
