We understand that you might need to change your Arkadium account's e-mail address. Either due to changing e-mail, or losing access.
When doing so, we require that you have access to both of the e-mails. The new one you wish to change to, and the original one your account is currently assigned to. The reason we require your access to the original e-mail, is for security purposes. Your e-mail address ownership is how we verify your Arkadium account ownership, so that nobody else but you can access that account.
Contact Arkadium Support, and tell us that you'd like to change your e-mail address. Then, give us the following:
- The e-mail that is currently assigned to your account
- The e-mail you wish to change your account to
After you do so, we'll send your new address a verification e-mail. When you receive it, you'll be able to verify the e-mail change, and the process will be complete.
