At times, you may need to open your game in incognito mode, private browsing mode or InPrivate browsing. This is a page you can open in your browser that has no prior information about your browsing and no saved settings or files. This is useful to find out whether any previously saved information is causing issues while trying to play a game.

  • Open your Chrome browser.
  • Hold down the Ctrl + Shift + N buttons on your keyboard.
  • A new window will open. In this new window, paste the link to the game.


You can also click the top right menu, and select New Incognito Window if you like.






Google Chrome Mobile


  • Open your Chrome browser.
  • Open the top right menu and select "New Incognito Tab"
  • A new window will open. In this new window, paste the link to the game.




Edge



  • Open your Edge browser.
  • Hold down the Ctrl + Shift + N buttons on your keyboard.
  • A new window will open. In this new window, paste the link to the game.


You can also click the top right menu, and select New InPrivate Window if you like.






Edge Mobile


  • Open your Edge browser.
  • Press the tab button below.
  • Select "InPrivate" from the top of the screen.
  • Select the plus signal at the bottom for a new private browsing tab.



  • A new window will open. In this new window, paste the link to the game.




Firefox


  • Open your Firefox browser.
  • Hold down the Ctrl + Shift + P buttons on your keyboard.
  • A new window will open. In this new window, paste the link to the game.


You can also click the top right menu, and select New Private Window if you like.





Firefox Mobile


  • Open your Firefox browser.
  • Open the top right menu and select "New Tab"


  • The tab window will open. Select the mask icon and the bottom icon to open a new tab.
A new window will open. In this new window, paste the link to the game.



Safari


  • Open your Safari browser.
  • Hold down the Shift + Command +N buttons on your keyboard.
  • A new window will open. In this new window, paste the link to the game.


NOTE: Should you be using a Windows keyboard on Safari, the buttons are Ctrl + Shift + N.


You can also click on File and select New Private Window.
