What are gems? 


Gems are a virtual currency that you can now use to accelerate and customize your gameplay. How will gems make your favorite games more fun? Let's find out.


Get right to the fun by using gems to skip the video ads that play before your game starts. Look for the "Skip this ad" button on the game's loading screen and click to skip. The gems will be automatically deducted from your balance.




If you'd like to remove ads altogether, subscribe to Arkadium Advantage. Subscribers not only enjoy ad-free gameplay, but they also automatically save 15% on every gem purchase.


How do I purchase gems?


Gems are a one-time purchase with no commitments or recurring charges.


You can browse the Arkadium shop before you buy.


Here’s how to do that:


1. Sign in to your Arkadium profile.




2. At the top of the Arkadium website, click the Shop icon.




If you're already signed in, you can visit the shop here.


The shop will allow you to purchase Gems in a variety of packages to suit your needs.



After clicking on the amount of Gems you want to purchase, you'll be taken to the payment platform, where you'll be able to insert your payment details and purchase the Gem package.




After you've purchased the amount of Gems, they will appear on the top right corner of your screen, right next to your account picture.


In order to check on your payment balance, you can click on your profile picture on the top right, and then on Payment and Subscription as it appears on the screenshot below.



You can then click on where it says Purchases to be taken to the Gems section of your account payments. You'll be able to see your full balance of Gems, including the dates in which you've spent them, and all activity related to them. Click on Show More for a longer list, and on Purchase history if you'd like to see all of the cash transactions you've had with Gems.

Gems can bring more value to your gameplay in a variety of games.


  • Family Feud 

    You can reveal the first letter of the highest unrevealed answer. Only usable once per round.
     

  • Hurdle


    Clue will get you a clue about the target word;
    Remove will take out three unrevealed gray letters from the keyboard;
    Reveal shows a green letter in the next row at random that hasn’t been found as green or yellow yet. 


  • Bubble Shooter
    There are two power-ups available for you to use;

    The Instant Lightning will add a lightning bubble to the top of your cannon 
    Heat Wave will melt the frozen bubbles into the same color as the bubble on the top of your cannon.


  • Word Wipe

    You can use Gems for a variety of bonuses; 
    Adding 30 seconds will add to your total timer for the level. This can be done before and after finishing a level.
    Shuffle will shuffle around all of the different letter tiles so that you can play with a brand new combination of letters.
    Magnifying Glass will enable you to find whether a word you're completing can be extended using letters around it.

  • Solitaire Kitchen

    You can use Gems to buy a variety of bonuses in the in-game shop;

    You can use Gems to buy a variety of bonuses in the in-game shop;
