BACK TO THE GAMES

At times, your browser might not save your game progress correctly. This could mean that it's not saving cookie files. Cookie files are temporary files that all websites save in your browser, so that you can navigate different websites and use their features.


If your browser isn't saving cookies properly, games may not function correctly on your browser. As such, it's always recommended that you set your browser to save cookies.

Checking whether CHROME is saving cookies on PC

1. Open the main menu at the top-right corner of the browser


2. Select the “Settings” sub-menu



3. Open the Privacy and security menu on the left


4. Select the “Cookies and other side data” menu on the right


 



5. Make sure that one of the top two choices is selected in regards to saving cookies in the menu presented in the screenshot below.


6. Check that the option to "Clear cookies and site data when you close all windows" is turned off as pictured. That way, your cookies will stay saved even after your browser window is closed.




Checking whether CHROME is saving cookies on Mobile

1. Open the main menu at the top-right corner of the browser


2. Select the “Settings” sub-menu




3. Scroll down to the Site Settings option and press it.



4. Select the “Cookies” menu




5. Select one of the top two options to make sure that cookies are saved on your mobile Chrome browser.





Checking whether FIREFOX is saving cookies on PC

1. Open the main menu at the top-right corner of the browser


2. Select the “Settings” sub-menu





3. Open the Privacy and Security menu on the left.


4. Check whether the "Delete cookies and site data when Firefox is closedoption isn't checked.




Checking whether FIREFOX is saving cookies on Mobile

1. Open the main menu at the top-right corner of the browser


2. Select the “Settings” sub-menu



3. Open the Site Permissions menu.




4. Select the “Cross-site Cookies” menu




5. Make sure that the "Ask to allow" option is selected.




Checking whether EDGE is saving cookies on PC

1. Open the main menu at the top-right corner of the browser


2. Select the “Settings” sub-menu




3. Select "Cookies and site permissions" on the left.


4. Select "Manage and delete cookies and site data" on the right.




5. Make sure that one of the top choices is selected so that your browser will save cookies appropriately.





Checking whether EDGE is saving cookies on Mobile

1. Open the main menu at the bottom-right corner of the browser




2. Select the “Settings” sub-menu




3. Select the “Privacy and security” menu




4. Select the “Site Settings” menu



5. Select the “Cookies” menu




6. Select one of the top two options so that your game cookies are properly saved.
