Please try the following five steps if your game is not loading:
1. Please, try to click the Ctrl + F5 keys combination on your keyboard while you are on the game page.

3. If the game still isn’t loading after following the previous steps, please try loading it in another browser. We recommend the Edge browser on Windows 10 or the Safari browser on Mac OS.
You can find the Edge browser by clicking on the Start menu (1), typing "Edge" on the search bar (2), and clicking to open (3), as shown below.
You can open the Safari browser by clicking on the Launchpad icon (1), typing "Safari" on the search bar (2), and clicking to open (3) as shown below.
4. Restart your device.
