BACK TO THE GAMES

    

Some game issues can be tricky to troubleshoot, especially when it comes to the number of browser and browser plugins available to users today. One thing that can help us figure out what's going on in the browser's console. 


Choose your browser from the list below.


NOTE: to provide our support team with the console log you will need to take a screenshot of it. If you don't know how to take screenshots, please follow THIS LINK

            

Microsoft Edge


1. Press F12 on your keyboard 


2. Choose Console (1) in the opened area



3. Repeat the action that is causing you trouble and take a full screenshot of the Console dialogue



Should you see a small window on the bottom right with a "What's New" slider, please close it before taking the screenshot.

Google Chrome


1. Press F12 on your keyboard 


2. Choose Console (1) in the opened area

Firefox

Safari


To open the console in Safari, you must first enable the Develop menu in the Mac menu bar. 

Here is how to do this:


1. Go to Safari in the Mac menu bar at the top of your screen and select Settings (1)



2. Click Advanced (2) at the top right and then tick the checkbox next to the Show Features For Web Developers (3). You can then exit the window. 

3. Press Cmd + Option + C on the keyboard, repeat the action that is causing you trouble and take a full screenshot of the Console dialogue.
