Some game issues can be tricky to troubleshoot, especially when it comes to the number of browser and browser plugins available to users today. One thing that can help us figure out what's going on in the browser's console.

Microsoft Edge
1. Press F12 on your keyboard
2. Choose Console (1) in the opened area
3. Repeat the action that is causing you trouble and take a full screenshot of the Console dialogue

Google Chrome
1. Press F12 on your keyboard

Safari
To open the console in Safari, you must first enable the Develop menu in the Mac menu bar.
Here is how to do this:
1. Go to Safari in the Mac menu bar at the top of your screen and select Preferences (1)
2. Click Advanced (2) at the top and then tick the checkbox next to the Show Develop menu in menu bar (3). You can then exit the window.
3. Press Cmd + Option + C on the keyboard, repeat the action that is causing you trouble and take a full screenshot of the Console dialogue.
