If an adblocker is preventing your games from loading, please add the website in the exceptions. 

Here is how to do this in just two steps:

Step 1: Find the ad blocker's icon.

Usually, it is located next to the address bar at the browser's top right corner (top left corner for Safari)

NOTE: if you don't see and ad blocker icon next to the address bar in your Google Chrome or Edge browser, you'll need to pin it to the toolbar.


Here is how to pin your ad blocker to the toolbar:


Google Chrome: select the Extensions (1) icon, and then click Pin (2). 



Edge: select the Extensions (1) icon, and then click Show in toolbar (2).



Step 2: Add the Arkadium website to the exceptions list.

Please choose your ad-blocker from the list below:




Adblock Plus: open the Arkadium website in the web browser, click the Adblock Plus (1) icon, and disable the Toggle (2) next to the “This website” option. Reload the browser.



AdBlock: open the Arkadium website in the web browser, click the AdBlock (1) icon, and click the Always (2) button. Reload the browser.



AdBlocker Ultimate: open the Arkadium website in the web browser, click the AdBlocker Ultimate (1) icon, and disable the Toggle (2) next to the “Enabled on this site” option. Reload the browser.



AdGuard AdBlocker: open the Arkadium website in the web browser, click the AdGuard AdBlocker (1) icon, and disable the Toggle (2). Reload the browser.



Ghostery: open the Arkadium website in the web browser, click the Ghostery (1) icon, and click the Trust site (2) button. Reload the browser.



uBlock Origin: open the Arkadium website in the web browser, click the uBlock Origin (1) icon, and click the Power off (2) button. Reload the browser.


Malwarebytes: open the Arkadium website in the web browser, click the Malwarebytes (1) icon, and disable all three Toggles (2). Reload the browser.




Duckduckgo Privacy Essentials: open the Arkadium website in the web browser, click the Duckduckgo (1) icon, and click the Power off (2) button. Reload the browser.





NOTE: you can re-enable the ad blocker at any time by toggling the switch back on or enabling the corresponding button.
