Most Arkadium games save the player's progress in the web browser's local storage. It means that the game progress is associated with your browser and device. 


The most common causes of a game's progress being lost are:


  • Clearing the browser's cookies.


  • Changing device.


  • Changing browser.


NOTE: support agents won't be able to restore your progress


If you find that you're constantly losing your progress and login status, it's possible that your browser isn't saving cookies properly. Please verify whether it is using our guide: How do I check whether my browser is saving cookies?



Some good news — the Arkadium team is working on a new way of saving your game's progress. Once this update is released, your progress will be associated with your online Arkadium profile — not your web browser. 


This means you will have access to your progress in any browser and on any device — as long as you're signed in to your profile.


The possibility to save your progress in a game to your Arkadium profile is already available in the following games, with more to come very soon:
