Still having problems with Outspell

I cleared the cookies and casche on my Android phone but I am still having problems with Outspell. The game still automatically goes to a level that I don't want to play, skips my turn when I exchange tiles, asks if I want to pass when I tap on the blank tilesand will not allow me to tap the tiles to place them on the board most of the time.

Could you, please, let us know your Android version and browser name? 

My Android version is 6.0.1 and my brouser is Chrome.

Please try to open the game page in the "Incognito" mode of Chrome browser, this will help us to indicate if the problem is related to your cookies, browser extensions or firewall/antivirus. To do this, please press Ctrl+Shift+N when your browser is open, then paste this game link in the opened window. 

I was able to put Outspell in an incognito window but my cellphone would not let me paste the game.

Could you, please, provide us with the screenshot? It would be easier for us to understand the cause of the issue.
